I ran it in an emulator and it gave me these errors:

I scanned them with disinfectant and it showed up as an INIT 9403 [1], and I disinfected it [2]. In the 3rd image, on the left is the infected one, and on the right is the disinfected one.

This is what happens when I open the disinfected one.
